Customer Guarantee

Our work is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If we fall short in meeting your expectations, please notify us within 48 hours of your cleaning and we will gladly return to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas. Please keep in mind it is common for the dust to resettle during initial cleans and deep cleans. If we are unable to satisfy you after our re-clean, we will end our services going forward. Thank you again for entrusting A Team Cleaning Service with your cleaning needs. We are very happy you chose us to keep your home clean. The following pages in our welcome letter are our terms and conditions. Please read them over and if you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Scheduling a Cleaning
We ask you that you do contact us at least 48 hours prior to when you need your cleaning scheduled. We will do our best to accommodate you within our busy calendar. We do not schedule any cleanings outside of business hours. If you contact us after business hours, we will get back to you the next business day.

​To provide you with our best service possible, we ask that you provide a reasonably clutter-free home by picking up personal items such as toys, clothes, etc. If there is clutter, we will do our best to clean around it. If we cannot, however, we will charge extra for additional services rendered.

Our cleaning team may take pictures of their work. Before and after pictures help show just how well we clean. Reading this, you agree to allow pictures of your home to be posted on all our social platforms and our website. If you do not want us to take pictures of your home, please notify us as soon as possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Recurring Programs
We have different cleaning schedules that will accommodate your needs. Please let us know which recurring schedule suits you best and we will set you up accordingly. We offer Weekly, Biweekly, and Monthly.

Cancellations
We understand that sometimes schedules changes, or emergencies happen. We ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please be advised that if your appointment is canceled in less than 48 hours of the cleaning, a fee of $50 will be charged. If the cleaning appointment is canceled the same day or the cleaning crew is unable to enter the home, we will charge the full amount of the cleaning.
On the rare occasion that A Team Cleaning Service must cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice and as no available openings for another cleaning appointment within the next five business days, the next cleaning will be provided at half price.

Referral Program
When you refer a friend or family member, we give them 25% off their first cleaning and you get 25% off your next cleaning! They must let us know that they were referred by you prior to their first cleaning. This discount is only subject to a standard or deep cleaning. If any of our additional services are added to the cleaning. They will not be included in the discount.

Damaged/Broken Items
We will treat your home as if it were our own and exercise extreme care. We realize accidents can occur and if we are responsible for any damage, we will contact you on the day of the cleaning. If you notice damages that our cleaners have missed. They need to be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will make every attempt to repair, replace or pay for any damage or breakage caused. We assume no liability for damage including scratches to walls, floors, or furniture, broken glass, or heavy items not properly anchored to the wall prior to the start of each cleaning visit. We asked that you notify us of any expensive valuables that should not be cleaned, and they will be placed on our “do not clean” list in your file.

​Customer Feedback
Cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service; we always need your feedback to help us improve our service. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of our cleaning services provided, we required you to notify us within 48 hours of service for us to address and correct the problem. If we receive a prompt notification, we will come back to examine the problem. If the problem involves the quality of service we have provided, we pledge to correct the problem at no charge. If we do not receive notice of a problem within 48 hours of the cleaning, or if you decide to correct the problem yourself, we will not be able to correct the problem for you nor will you be compensated for your inconvenience.

Non-Solicitation Policy
We have invested time and money in the hiring, training, and development of our employees. By using our services, you agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced by us. If you hire and knowingly engage in a direct working relationship with any employee of A Team Cleaning Service, a $2,500 referral fee will be due immediately upon employment, regardless of employment terms.

Tips
Tips are not required but are always appreciated. We kindly remind you that tips are not included in the final invoice we provide you. If you wish to tip our cleaning team, you may do so by giving cash directly to the cleaners or you can let us know and we’ll be happy to add it when processing your payment. Please do leave a note stating it’s a tip.

Payment Policy
Full payment is drafted on the morning after your day of service. Please be advised that a credit card must be on file to complete your booking process. A $50 security deposit is required for all bookings to guarantee your services. Security deposit is applied towards your final invoice.
We accept all major Debit and Credit cards as a form of payment.

Returned Check Fee (Commercial Customers Only):
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee and may incur late payment fees if the issue is not immediately resolved in a timely manner.

Late Fees:
Overdue payments are subject to a late fee of $25.00 per month. This will continue every month until payment has been received by our collections department.

No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds on services that have been provided. We will, however, return, and re-clean any problems that have been reported within 24 hours of the cleaning.

Gift Cards:
Gift cards are redeemable by the bearer for services provided by A Team Cleaning Service only. It may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Please treat this card like cash; it is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

​Discounts:
All discounts offered by A Team Cleaning Service can only be applied to the pricing of our standard or deep cleanings. Discounts cannot be applied towards any additional or special services.​
